Returns & Refunds

From time to time we have items ordered which we won't be able to supply due to being out of stock, we can however supply an substitute product which we will do and you will receive a notification to the email address you provided about this.

Our substitution policy ensures you get the next best thing if something in your order is no longer available from our store.  We will look for a product of equal or higher value, but will ensure you are only charged the price of the product you originally ordered.  Only as a last resort will we substitute a product of a lower value, and in this instance we will only charge you for the lower value product.

If you receive the item and aren't satisfied with it, please let us know and we will return & refund this for you.

If you order a product which we cannot supply, nor do we have any substitute products to supply, we will process a refund direct back to the card you paid for the order with.

Due to health & safety policies, we cannot accept a return which has been opened or used in anyway. Items must be returned in the way in which they were received.
